Job Description
Executes and manages all phases of systems and/or service jobs to include: estimating, designing,  tracking, installing, billing and customer acceptance.    Designs, plans, and handles start-up functions on selected control systems based on project plans,  specifications, and contract documents.  Attends pre-booking meetings to gain knowledge of the sales estimate and project scope. Analyzes  plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.  Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains  current design documents throughout project duration. Prepares \"as built\" record drawings and  documents from data supplied by installation or project management personnel.  Selects product sizes, types, and location placement to ensure products meet specification requirements.  Establishes special calibration instructions on selected equipment.  Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances. Utilizes BMS financial and  monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs. Provides monthly billing amounts to finance.  Organizes and maintains job folder and updates pertinent job related information.  Prepares database and job related programming for computer-based systems.  Provides on-site assistance with or performs the installation and start-up, checkout and turnover process.  Participates in job site final walk-through on assigned jobs and completes all job closeout documentation.    Associates degree in Electronics, Technology or other related technical field  5 to 7 yrs engineering/systems experience or 2 yrs General Engineer II experience.  Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC concepts, programming, and business operations  Good understanding of job financial reports along with experience as a project manager. Excellent verbal  and written communication skills.

Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing

Individual must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan
