Mission

Execute the construction plan on site to deliver a quality project according specifications, on time, on or under budget, and in an environmentally health & safety manner, contributing to client's satisfaction and Gamesa's strategy and objectives.

Main Functions

Supervise the erection of wind turbine generators.
Supervise construction teams, integrated by own and outsourced personnel .
Track project schedule progress, risks and costs, reporting any deviation in a timely manner.
Support and ensure that all safety & environmental laws & guidelines are being followed in a diligent manner.
Optimize on site resources, materials and tools in order to achieve construction project according Gamesa's standards in the most efficiency and effective way.
Ensures site documentation is completed on time within specifications.
Analyze results and take corrective actions to achieve project goals & objectives.
Coordinate needs & requests for additional resources if necessary to meet project objectives.
Files MCC's from Contractor and controls punch list items & costs.
Coordinate quality of tools delivered to site.
Technical support and direction to the rest of the specialists based on the company and department strategy.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2-3 years of University Studies en Engineering - Technical Studies

Other Knowledge

  • Availability to travel
  • Is required a dynamic person with planning and leadership skills
