Responsibility warehouse goods receiving, issue/ delivery kits, physical counting and stock keeping.

5S operating at worksites.

Others warehouse job.

Main Functions

Load and unload transported material, making the physical release of the same by operating forklift and other material handling equipment, i.e. overhead crane and "Big Red", to physically move material in and out of the warehouse.
Perform the delivery / storage of goods received for the posts / niches defined, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Inspect materials / tools for shipping damage and administrative reception of the goods by communicating possible improprieties that have occurred in shipping.
Label incoming parts / tools with appropriate labels as well as out going parts/tools.
Perform final product packaging for shipment.
Perform finished product discharge in loading docks.
Perform physical inventory and cycle counting on a routine basis.
Assist in the investigation of accidents that have occurred on its shift and jointly propose solutions to eliminate the root cause of them.
Manage SAP or other tracking systems to accurately account for repairable parts/tools.
Check for open Delivery Notes and open Purchase Orders on a daily basis to insure inventory accuracy.
Physically sort through parts/tools to segregate repairable and non-repairable items and physically scrap any non-repairable parts/tools.
Work with Quality or CTO to determine repairable vs. non-repairable components and maintain records of origin to charge back to wind farms.
Keep track of all tools and calibrations using the current IT solution.
Place orders for new tools, log stock of existing tools and replace/repairs of existing tools. Pack tools together in kits.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
