Coordinate people's activities and departments that make up the multidisciplinary work teams, during the process of solving the problems related to the products and company processes, according to the procedures and within the time limits set. They must guide the team during the different phases to contribute successfully to elimination of problems there were identified in processes or products.

Main Functions

Monitor and ensure compliance with the specifications for process and product / service.

Motivate the teams working in the field, to find solutions to the problems planned within the agreed deadlines.

Instruct the members of the team, ensuring meet the requirements of each phase of the process.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis, critical quality issues, enhancing corrective actions, follow up (8D mythology), solution implementation and tracking the proper closure of the actions. Handle the appropriate documentation confirming the closure solutions.
Works on quality issues following 8D process. Maintain KPI non conformity costs associated to 8D.
Check and ensure the quality of the final product delivered to customer (no deviations closed without pending or missing, no flaws) report.

Periodically report the progress and results of investigations. Perform the reports (in English or Portuguese) to the customer, within the time limits set.
Monitor the progress of the processes, prioritizing the performances or the key processes that do not meet the targets set.
Collaborate in forums, committees and working groups related to the definition of Best Practices in Quality in order to contribute to the improvement and standardization of process.
Perform all other duties as assigned.


2-3 years of University Studies in Engineering - Technical Studies

Ability to work under pressure and to navigate in less structured environment

Rigor, accuracy, attention to details and respect of deadlines

Strong level of energy, enthusiasm, entrepreneurship and autonomy

Curious, hard-working and hands-on.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, English would be a plus

Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting tools: 8D' s, 5WHY, Fishbone, FTA, etc.;

Knowledge of quality management system ISO 9001.
