Mission

The Quality & Technical Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality control system within the Advanced Maintenance Group. The position will also provide technical support to Advanced Maint. or site technicians during Large Corrective work. Along with supporting ongoing jobs the position will be responsible for maintaining current work instructions and tool lists for tasks falling under the Advanced Maint. scope of work. Occasional support related to training internal and external personnel, client meetings, and failure reporting will be required. The position is based in Trevose, PA and requires approximately 50% travel

Main Functions

  • Performance of quality audits of Advanced Maintenance jobs on a periodic basis
  • Review, update, and creation of work instructions for Advanced Maintenance tasks
  • Provide immediate response technical support for Advanced Maintenance scope of work
  • Work with Advanced Maintenance tool group to ensure tooling updates and changes are taking place
  • Collection and review of large corrective checklists and implementation of corrective actions
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

2-3 years of University Studies in Engineering - Technical Studies

Other Knowledge

  • Knowledge of QA / QC principles
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment and multi-task
  • Ability to move and manipulate up to 50 pounds
  • Previous experience working with hand and power tools
  • Must be able to work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse and extreme weather conditions, and within confined spaces, cold weather, heat, wind, pollen, dust, grasses, and weeds
  • Ability to climb vertical ladders and work at heights up to 400 feet
