Mission

Provide Administrative support being responsible for developing day-to-day schedule, prioritization of activities, streamline inbound communications, filter non-critical and highlight urgent matters for immediate attention and take action on and reassign as much inbound communication. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.

Main Functions

Perform the administrative follow-up of the activities of the area.
Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and flow of correspondence. File project related documents and paperwork.
Manage the administrative activities according the procedures of the company and the administrative flows of information of the area.
Create reports and related documentations. Manage the organization and file of all related documents online and in physical folders accessible to all personnel that utilize them.
Coordinate the internal and / or external agents concerning administrative issues, giving support to the personnel of the area in these matters. Organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
Assist with any administrative function (e.g. presentations, spreadsheets typing and composing correspondence).
Manage the processing of the information necessary for the administration of the personnel and the human aspects of resource management.
Support staff with new and on-going projects within the area. Perform the administrative follow-up of the activities of the area.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
