We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Treasury Analyst in our Treasury Department at our global headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA.

In this position, the Lead Treasury Analyst can expect to be responsible for the following:

Contingent liabilities
  • Manages contingent liability exposures - Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees and Surety Bonds
  • Subject matter expert on ISP98, UCP600, URDG758 rules and AIA forms
  • Negotiates security instruments with banks under available credit facilities
  • Supports project initiatives by ensuring timely delivery of necessary instruments
Project financing
  • Support Export Credit Agency Financing
  • Support M&A financing and integration
Cash Management
  • Lead near term and long term cash forecasting process and liquidity needs
  • Forecast the needs and manage borrowing facility capacity
  • Oversight on daily global liquidity, cash forecasting, cash pool, borrowing and investing
Bank Accounts
  • Manages account analysis and optimizes account structure
  • Optimization bank services and bank platform usage
Systems upgrade
  • Support treasury work station upgrades to systematize cash management
  • Implement and utilize contingent liabilities module in the treasury work station
Other responsibilities
  • Manage captive insurance needs
  • New customer credit assessments
  • Audit interface internal and external
  • Transfer pricing and netting
Other as assigned

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • B.A. / B.S. degree in finance, economics, accounting or equivalent
  • 8+ years of related treasury or finance experience
  • Proficient with treasury concepts, practices and procedures
  • Experience with a global complex industrial business
  • Preferred skills
    • M.S. / M.B.A. / CTP
    • Prior people management experience
    • Prior project management experience
