We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Engineer in our Engineering Excellence Organization located at the Cranberry Township office in Pennsylvania. 
In this position, a Principal Engineer can expect to be responsible for the following:
  • Lead continuous improvement activities in the Engineering Excellence department to improve the quality and efficiency of the Engineering work streams across Westinghouse. 
  • Direct and integrate activities of multi-disciplined process improvement teams in support of engineering process redesign and improvements to procedures and technology. 
  • Lead business case development to support improvements.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • B.S. in Engineering or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience working in engineering organizations
  • Demonstrated successful leadership skills in executing complex engineering projects
  • Strong communication skills and a history of effectively leading teams
  • Experience working on process improvement projects
  • Prefer experience in project management
