We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler at our Shoreview Facility

In this position, a Project Scheduler can expect to be responsible for the following:

•Work directly project managers and project staff to provide guidance, integration and oversight for planning, scheduling and control of projects.
•Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure accurate and timely cost and schedule controls are put in place and maintained during the project lifecycle.
•Directly Support projects by proactively implementing processes and methodologies related to planning, scheduling, cost analysis, estimating, risk assessment, cost and schedule performance and resource requirements, capacity and productivity analysis.
•Implement integrated planning, cost and scheduling control concepts and techniques, including assessment of sophisticated critical paths, resource loaded scheduling, and earned-value analysis.
•Create the project schedule using Primavera and establish the project progress reports including earned value reporting.
•Evaluate changing schedules and resources and determine their impact on programs. Report potential problems and recommend solutions to program management.
•Employ analytical skills and the use of software to transform and summarize project data into tailored information to facilitate communication with various levels of the organization.
•Provide monitoring and control function of risk management activities to assure process compliance.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, engineering or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 4+ years of Project Scheduling experience
  • Extensive knowledge of integrated planning and scheduling concepts and techniques, and use of current/state-of-the-art associated performance tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office(Excel, Word and Power Point)
