We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor on our Global Total Rewards team at our headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA.

The successful candidate will manage:
  • Administration and execution of payroll services outsourced to ADP and integrated with SAP.
  • Manage Payroll Team to track, resolve and respond payroll question through internal helpline internal processes.
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center Team and HRIS Technical team to identify, prioritize, test and resolve system errors.
  • Develop/ensure correct policy and procedures are in place or define to ensure accurate payroll runs on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and off cycle payroll.
  • User acceptance testing of SAP/ADP Payroll systems.
  • Responsible to accurate General Ledger delivery and posting into Financial Systems
  • Responsible for all payroll auditing requests and responses.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise for Payroll operations
  • Responsible for payroll SLAs and Metrics to be reported to upper management
  • Stay current with industry standard/government regulations and compliance with rules and regulations.

Job Requirements
Specific Desired Skills:
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of recent payroll or related business experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM/Payroll or other similar ERP HR/Payroll system
  • Experience with process improvement analysis, design and implementation is desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective teamwork and leadership skills
  • 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent project management or work experience
  • Understanding of HR and Time master data and its impact on Payroll processing particularly retro-calculations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced time and data sensitive environment
  • Familiarity with reporting tools on payroll metrics and analytics.
