    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Engineer for our business development activities in China.
     The Customer Account Engineer (CAE) works directly with the Customer Account Manager/Director (CAM) and the product lines in support of all CAM accountabilities, such as Orders Entered and customer satisfaction. The CAE is responsible for supporting the CAM in everyday activities associated with the account management. The CAE works closely with MA, Cl, Contract and Legal teams for offer development and contract review. One of the main responsibilities of the CAE is to provide oversight of the product delivery to ensure contract commitments and quality products will be provided to the customer.  The CAE is responsible to keep the CAM appraised of the project execution and issues.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Develop/maintain working knowledge of WEC products/services.  Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to promote products and services.
  • Communicate customer requirements to MA.
  • Support the development of proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Perform activities necessary for order acceptance, implementation, invoicing, and closeout.   Assist in coordination of product line resources to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop recommendations for resolution of warranty, deficiency, suspense, and cost/scheduler conflicts.  Assure issues are promptly resolved internally.
  • Participate in implementation of resolutions.
  • Oversee customer project technical and commercial activities from order implementation phase to project completion to ensure flawless delivery for assigned customers.
  • Assist CAM in direction and coordination of Account Management Activities

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Proficient in English frequently use English as working language
  • Business sense having knowledge in Marketing and marketing strategy formulation, basic Finance
  • Good at communication, particularly in negotiation
  • Accountable for the duties assigned
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
