We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Reporting Team Lead in our Enterprise Resource Planning Department at our Cranberry Woods global headquarters location.

The Enterprise Reporting Team Lead can expect to be responsible for the following:

•Coach and lead other team members in the design and implementation of BW and Business Objects Solutions
•Meet with business leadership to define reporting strategies and requirements. 
•Oversee business analysts as they work with counterparts within the business to prioritize work, develop solutions, and roll out new reports
•Work closely with management, SAP team members, peers, Business Analyst, Power users, and end users to advance the overal reporting capabilities of the organization
•This is working-team lead role.  Thus, responsibilities also include:
o Develop BW designs, BW tables, components of ETL, and the needed reports and dashboards to deliver business informaiton.  In short, deliver the business intelligence solution with a full life cycle implementation - data source to information output
o Lead reporting efforts through all stages including Blueprinting, Realization, Cutover, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live
o Facilitate blueprinting workshops with business users for requirements collection, prioritization, work scope and estimation, and solution design
o Evaluate complex business requirements and deploy standard SAP solutions or design and develop end-to-end custom BI solutions per requirements
o Document, according to standards, functional and technical requirements, report specifications, design documents, and test scenarios

Job Requirements
Specific Desired Skills:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

•SAP BW Developer with 7+ years of experience implementing reporting solutions with extensive functional knowledge of business processes in support of one or more of the following functional areas:  Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Quality (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM) or other processes.
•5+ SAP Business Objects experience.  Must be able to develop WEBI reports, Lumira visualizations, and Analysis for Office reports
•1 to 3 years production experience with SAP HANA (native and BW on HANA).  Experience with SLT, Text Analytics, and HANA development.
•3+ years of functional experience in ECC or R/3 strongly desired.  Ability to navigate ECC 6.0 modules and post basic transactions to support data validation
•10 years of collective IT experience strongly preferred with 5+ years in a team leadership role
•Thorough understanding and experience implementing reporting self-service solutions that minimize the need for IT involvement in most reports.
•Strong SAP BW Netweaver 7.0 knowledge and experience with all aspects of ETL including standard / generic extractors, DataSources, InfoSources, InfoObjects, DSO, InfoCube, Multiprovider, Update Rules, Transformations, Start and End Routines, DTPs, Process Chains, delta initialization, data loading, etc.
