Essential Responsibilities

The Head of Advisory Services is responsible for building a world-class team of
experts focused on Business Transformation for the Digital Industrial
In this role you will:
  • Participating in envisioning future trends and strategic
    technology solutions
  • Participating in customer opportunity and qualification
  • Understanding customer strategic needs and objectives
  • Articulating and formulating solutions for proposals and
    statements of work that align to the client strategic needs
  • Working with the sales team through deal progression and
  • Assisting in defining and supporting the Chief Customer
    Officer and Innovative Services portfolio of offerings
  • Defining scope for customer engagements and developing the
    basis for estimates
  • Actively engaging to bring insights to drive quality on
  • Building relationships with business leaders internally as
    well as externally
  • Supporting external engagement of team through conferences
    and seminars


Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience leading one or more of the
    following areas of an IT transformation or Cloud enablement journey: strategy alignment, solution design (architecture, operating model), transformation oversight and management, implementation, and organization change management
  • At least 10 years of experience in consultative-based
    selling of power generation technology or business strategy projects
  • At least 7 years of experience in a minimum of 5 of the
    following: Designing and delivering technology strategy or Cloud
    projects, Developing project plans and budgets for successful
    technology projects, Designing dynamic models or cognitive solutions, Architecting IT systems with applications, infrastructure,
  • At least 5 years of experience leading solutions in one or
    more of the following service areas: (1) Cloud Enablement; (2) Mergers &
    Acquisitions; (3) Technology Innovation; (4) Process Modeling.
  • At least 10 years of experience working within the
    utility/power generation segment

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or
