Job Overview:

The Litigation Support Analyst will be responsible for the collection and management of data subject to legal preservation requirements for litigation and investigations. The Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing and conducting the day-to-day data processing and hosting tasks, administering document review platforms, and lead the creation and QC of document productions. Additionally, the Litigation Support Analyst will provide technical input on text search syntax, and manage hardware assets related to the above.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Conduct searches and collections in email archiving applications
  • Provide instructions to, and coordinate with, IT for the collection of email from servers and data from non-email sources
  • Assist with extracting, copying, or migrating data from various systems and network locations
  • Aggregate and analyze large data sets
  • Assist with construction of search terms from both quality and syntax perspectives
  • Liaise with third party archiving, search, and collection vendors to accomplish data collections
  • Coordinate the transfer of data from CB&I to ediscovery vendors and maintain chain of custody
  • Provide specifications regarding processing
  • Coordinate with ediscovery vendors to clear exceptions and manage data sets
  • Administer in house processing and hosting tools when necessary
  • Manage data hosting
  • Manage and track data loaded to the review platform
  • Manage data migration from live to archive storage
  • Manage user access roles and rights and facilitate review platform configuration
  • Assist with training for review platform users
  • Track and quality control ("QC") productions
  • Create productions from in-house tools or provide production specifications to ediscovery vendor
  • Track and quality control all above processes in a standard project tracking template or tool
  • Experience utilizing and administering litigation support technology platform(s)
  • Experience with generating and managing data status and review status reports in ediscovery
  • Experience with structuring search terms consistent with requirements of ediscovery databases
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skillset including MS Access forms and reports
  • Working knowledge of visual basic or similar scripting language
  • Ability to multi-task on various projects simultaneously
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (computer science, information technology, or information systems preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in litigation support, including managing the implementation and administration of ediscovery products (experience with Relativity and Servient preferred plus)
  • Relevant project management experience, and experience with records and information management a plus
  • Experience with litigation document review protocols and requirements
  • Established history of quality project deliverables produced under significant time constraints
  • RCA, PMP and/or additional certifications related to legal process and technology a plus
