The Partner Programs & Operations Manager will be accountable for working across SI Account teams, the ISV program and finance to enable partners to build and scale profitable franchises in the energy & utility verticals.

Essential Responsibilities

The Partner Programs and Operations Manager will drive end to end a robust and airtight operations effort, making our partner ecosystem the most differentiated in the industry and will:
  • Work directly with Executive Leader of the Partner Ecosystem to define and drive an external business growth strategy for commercial expansion, across both GTM and technical partners - both internally and externally.
  • Deliver leading programs to the variety of our partners, helping them monetize their solutions as part of GE's Power Digital Solutions portfolio.
  • Be the subject matter expert for all processes related to SI, ISV on-boarding and Partner Revenue Operations.
  • Cultivate and foster an open ecosystem model to drive a technology interop and exchange that yields and best of bread operating model for technology partners to contribute their capabilities to our software solutions strategy.
  • Provide SI Account Directors, AE's and the ISV program with assistance in tracking orders associated with their territories.
  • Drive partner enablement from content creation, positioning, joint GTM events, webinars and programs to accelerate market awareness and engagement.
  • Be accountable for building scalable partner franchise models driving both sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Evaluate and analyze current practices and recommend solutions for ongoing improvements to business process.
  • Process-oriented individual with a proven history of developing and executing significant process improvement plans.
  • Act as the direct liaison to GE Digital's partner program team to ensure consistency of process, tools and adoption strategies to successfully onboard and scale partnership strategies.


Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years industry experience working with SI's, ISVs to set up profitable growth franchises.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Boston, MA or San Ramon, CA.

  • Experience working in a cloud based software environment navigating complex enterprise companies is a must
  • Demonstrated success building scalable franchise models for partners in a win-win scenario
  • Experience working at all levels of the partner organization and bringing a network to further level
  • Experience building partner programs that scale, measure outcomes and joint success for customers
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM required
  • Previous Sales Operations experience a plus
  • Experience with reseller / channel business a plus
  • Inquisitive, questioning mindset with strong critical judgment and close attention to detail
  • Process-oriented individual with a proven history of developing and executing significant process improvement plans
  • Strong experience winning with partners in a cloud base partnering landscape
  • Strong financial acumen and modeling skills

  • Prior product management or solution development experience

  • Prior experience in the energy, utilities and or power generation space a plus
  • Experience with big data and analytics solutions
  • Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
