As PLM Engineering Leader for Distributed Power, you will direct the strategy for the implementation of a single PLM system in Distributed Power. Ensuring cross-functional alignment, ownership of process requirements and simplification efforts, you will manage key projects aligned to simplification, productivity improvements and harmonization of Engineering processes. You will collaborate with Water & Distributed Power IT team to manage an effective team from functional and technical aspects.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the implementation of a single PLM solution to replace legacy systems, and address fit-gap needs from SAP deployments
  • Effectively collaborate globally with multiple functions to ensure PLM solutions are aligned with key business requirements and processes
  • Work closely with the Forefront and SAP initiatives to deliver Product Definition and change management to these critical business initiatives
  • Lead/Drive/Deliver Enovia PLM as the critical foundation to DP's overall Digital Thread vision/strategy
  • Drive prioritization of enhancements and defects of existing and future production PLM environments using Agile methodology (Product Owner)
  • Develop and execute communication plan to ensure key users & stakeholders are aware of new functionality and progress
  • Work closely with Distributed Power IT to ensure project costs, timelines, resources, and benefits are managed throughout the lifecycle of the PLM program


    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
    • Strong functional/domain knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or similar systems, processes and tools, including hands on with associated software applications
    • Experience in working with a PLM to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration
    • Expertise in effective project management principles related
    • Team Leadership with demonstrable ability to motivate others and achieve results
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Minimum Six Sigma green belt certified

    According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 3.349,74 gross monthly. Please note that this is the very minimum salary and will most likely be higher. The effective salary is based on the candidate's Qualification and Experience and will be negotiated accordingly.
