The Manufacturing Manager - Prod Process and Equip will lead a team of manufacturing engineering specialists in the Airfoil shop at the GE manufacturing facility in Bangor, Maine. You will oversee engineering associated with the manufacturing processes for new make steam and gas turbine components as well as repairs of these components returned from service. Daily tasks include leading a multidisciplinary team of Manufacturing Engineers/NC Programmers on executing business critical priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Manufacturing Manager - Prod Process and Equip, you will:
  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
  • Manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers
  • Develop operational plan for the own department


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
