As an Operations Leader - Stack Pit, you will be directing the work of hourly employees in a particular cell or cells to meet safety, quality, production, and delivery metrics.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition you will:
  • Direct the activities of an hourly team within the cell(s)
  • Achieve highest safety levels in the plant
  • Develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans
  • Coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
  • Achieve highest levels of internal and external customer service
  • Develop and implement process controls
  • Support cell leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment and other resources
  • Employ Six Sigma rigors to all functions within the cell(s)
  • Mentor and motivate team in safety, quality and productivity improvements
  • Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy



Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Production Supervisor position)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability and willingness to work the off-shift - 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
