As P&S EMEA Total Productive Maintenance Auditor will be partner with the regional and functional teams to drive quality improvements in P&S EMEA using Continuous Improvement methodologies. This position will be responsible for monitor, define and leading measurement system implementation and analytics that improve the customer experience and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ensure compliance with external and GE internal technical regulations and standards.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate field performance, compliance and process delivery issues. Identify, develop, and communicate best practices initiatives.
• Track completion status of corrective actions resulting from field operational audits;
• Evaluate the conversion of complex Product Department and Product Service technical requirements into effective field solutions, tools, process documents, diagnostic tools and reports.
• Lead implementation of productivity initiatives and development of new methodologies and processes as required based on business feedback.
• Provide guidance, training and assistance to field personnel regarding operational processes and procedures;
• Lead change management projects that have direct impact on the operations of the business;
• Revisions/ Updates on O&M Manuals & QMS procedures.
• Creation of O&M checklists, variance tables, Standards PM parts list.
• Definition of EU Services STD times & costs estimates on Labor & Parts.
• Assure TPM and M&P audit & compliance.
• Contractor monitoring
• Stablish action plan follow up in ATS Gensuite
• Field Processes & Documentation (creation, revision, approval, communication or training to field )


• Proven experience and technical expertise in Services Field Operations, Installation or Commissioning of GE wind turbines;
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (GE employees only);
• English language fluency
• Advanced/Solid knowledge of computer systems.
• Ready to travel domestic and international

Desired Characteristics

• Technical writing experience;
• ISO Documentation experience;
• GE Internal Auditor certification (IATC)
• MLA I & II, or CLS certification;
• EHS Training/Certification, experience with GenSuite;
• Fluency in other European languages
• Working Knowledge of Wind Services Contracts T&C, financials and technical operations
• Ability to work and influence effectively across functions in a matrix environment
• International and multi-cultural work experience
• Solid knowledge of Wind Field Services M&P`s
