Responsible to grow the Power Generation business by selling value added wind services including; Parts and Services, CMU's (Conversion, Modifications Upgrades), and O&M contracts to identified Key customers in Europe.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provided direct Sales and account management for defined Key customers in assigned territories selling Wind Services
• Financial objectives will be quarterly based on: Orders/Sales Growth and Profitability
• Strategic objectives will include; Support and Interactions with Field Ops Service Areas, Customer Satisfaction, (NPS), New Unit Sales and Cross Business (PG) Support
• Growing revenues by and identifying additional business opportunities with Key Accounts and service platform
• Maintain accurate and current project and opportunity information with the Salesforce system and manage the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process with customers and be accountable for orders pricing/ profitability, risk, and terms and condition, services and customer satisfaction.
• Work with utility officials, industry and wind associations to influence legislation and drive power generation growth in the assigned territory.
• Participate / Present at Industry Events and Seminars to represent and promote GE Wind Energy
• Integrate activities with GE Power and Water team as well as other GE businesses to leverage full sales and services capabilities


• University Degree in Engineering, Business or related Technology from an accredited institution or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, (skills in other European languages is a plus) with significant customer interaction experience
• Proven relevant experience in Renewable Energy industry, specifically Wind
• Previous Sales experience with a focus on services as well as products
• Practical understanding of: current/emerging requirements of the power generation markets; and customer financial drivers and needs
• Frequent Travel will be required.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills; ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels of the organizations
