In this role, the Global Manufactured Programs Process Leader will be responsible for managing manufacturing programs, controlling, improving and optimizing the various processes across the asset organization including properties, on-time delivery, supporting properties & plants programs and other initiatives

Essential Responsibilities

You will drive optimization of a matrix organization working closely with supply chain leaders across the business defining and driving standard processes. In this role, you will report directly to the global asset management leader.

As the Global Manufactured Programs Process Leader, you will:

  • Lead Global Operations Digital Water projects
  • Manage OTD reports; Report and analyze global on time delivery (Internal and external OTD)
  • Partner with supply chain leadership and plant managers to analyze OTD metrics and improve processes to add value to the end customer
  • Partner with IT and supply chain to ensure accurate defect reporting
  • Manage the Global Inventory Reporting tool and convert to Tableau
  • Collaborate with the regional leaders to get an accurate inventory estimate and provide visibility to the organization on the tip level Inventory KPIs.
  • Improve real estate transaction processes globally
  • Partner with the global rooftop leader to drive standard processes on real estate lease transactions
  • Develop global rooftop report by site, operating cost, and lease expiration in Tableau
  • Maintain sub-lease database utilizing workflow mechanism
  • Support Property, Plant and Equipment program
  • Support budgeting and SII planning
  • Support other initiatives


      • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and/or global operations)
      • Minimum of 2 of years of experience in analytics
      • Minimum of 2 of years of experience in finance AND/OR global operations

        Desired Characteristics

        • Demonstrated skills in process improvement, with green belt certification or equivalent quality certification
        • Experience with SAP

        • Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and the internet
