The Non-Destructive Testing Maintenance Technician is responsible to perform assigned tasks related to diagnosis, repair and certification of NDT equipment under the guidance and supervision of qualified NDT Technicians.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition, you will:
  • Develop expertise and systematic approaches to problem solving in order to effectively identify and solve equipment problems
  • Develop the skills required to assist field personnel with troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
  • Be responsible to maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records
  • Be responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels
  • Maintain the condition and appearance of all kits
  • Prepare all kits for shipment per assignment
  • Strict adherence to all Safety and Quality policies


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in electronics or technical field)
  • Ability and willingness to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule (shift work)

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Electrical / Mechanical aptitude in troubleshooting and repair
  • Customer Service oriented
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of electronics, including troubleshooting to the component level of analog and digital systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a service environment
  • Experience in the maintenance of non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment or the use of NDT equipment
  • Knowledge of multiple NDT disciplines
  • Field Service experience with NDT
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills
