The Project Procurement & Logistic Manager (PPLM) is the main interface between the project management team and the different sourcing functions (commodity leaders, buyers, logistic specialist, tax, legal and supplier quality) in order to ensure project sourcing execution success in term of budget, on time delivery and right quality.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead the project buyers. Implement the procurement strategy/plan. Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, claims. Manage problems and schedule changes. Understands ERP operations and process requirements. Prepare PO recomendations (POR) for project management approval. Launch the POR approval process. Interface and manage supplier's database.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with at least 5 years of experience in Sourcing). Fluent in English and Japanese languages.
