The Boiler Technical Instructor will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site / property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. The activities also include all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Boiler Technical Instructor, you will:
  • Be responsible for all field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process training's and providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution
  • Support design and/or development of new training courses
  • Update existing training materials as needed
  • Develop a yearlong training plan for Boiler technology
  • Be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working
  • Contribute to plan of larger unit
  • Communicate across direct organization
  • Present to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
  • Meet with diverse clients in a region
  • Follow frameworks to get through the processes
  • Have the ability to complete negotiating and client specific conditions


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in boiler power services)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training
