Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding Services transactional orders target in support of the larger Region sales plan
• Pro-active sales of the service products Spare Parts / Minor Overhauls / Field Service jobs in assigned region
• Coordinate activities with local Service Sales Managers and CSM Managers
• Grow TX business through IB event forecast working closely with Marketing
• Interface directly with the customer base in the region.
• Develop and present customer presentations to convey portfolio of services capabilities targeted to specific customers.
• Obtain Customer information for the preparation of non-standard offers and offers based on tenders
• Lead generation & standard and non-standard proposal offerings
• Cooperation and guidance for Telesales team in Hungary.
• Close coordination with Comm-Ops giving information and guidance to prepare suitable proposal according customer needs
• Negotiate and conclude contracts and frame agreements within the respective DOA
• Order Hand-over to OTR
• Support Segment entitlement analysis based on Customer input to enable strategic growth planning
• Rolling sales forecast
• Operational responsibility for orders, margins and other relevant business metrics
• Support competitive and customer analysis

Qualifications/Requirements

• Technical and commercial educational background
• Relevant sales and/or service experience
• Fluent English\ Dutch and preferably French
• Self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong proven negotiation skills
• Experience working in Reciprocating engines or at least on the Power/Gas market(s)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Time management skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Team spirit
• High level of Integrity
• Knowledge of data base and CRM software (Oracle or SAP)
• Knowledge of customer financial drivers
• Required travel up to 40-50%

Desired Characteristics

Knowledge of Waukesha and Jenbacher products.
