Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Primarily focused on selling service solutions and products to expand and maintain customer accounts
  • Effectively manage a large number of opportunities in all phases of the selling cycle from screening, negotiating, to closing with an emphasis on closing by selling the value of our products and service solutions.
  • Actively listens to customers' needs and provide effective technical service to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Drives growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions for assigned account base that focuses on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio

    -Partners cross-functionally within organization to optimize our solutions offering
  • Develops a plan to effectively meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention, profitability
  • Learns and maintains awareness of all safety and environmental practices
  • Proactively develop and secure business in the assigned region & business sector.
  • Developing strong professional relationships with key influencers.
  • Collect and analyze Business Intelligence for the assigned region & business sector to define a pro-active winning strategy.


  • B.S. Degree in Engineering (Commercial, Industrial- or Civil-) - or equivalent
  • Sales experience in the sale of Industrial rotating machine.
  • Must be team player, highly motivated, proactive.
  • Must have an analytical mind set and maintain an open communication. The candidate must possess solid communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Candidate should have a proven sales record and demonstrated to be successful in complex technical and relationship driven business.
  • Demonstrated skills to energize motivate and drive multi disciplines teams, which are no direct reports.|
  • Strong negotiator and able to work with senior industrial leaders, top management and their technical and operational staff.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French, any additional language is a plus
