We are a global leader in power and automation industry. We work within domain of Marketing & Sales, building tools to support sales engineers in daily operations. For our Lodz-based .NET web application team we are currently looking for Solution Architect, who will help us to improve and lead development of system architecture. This role is a challenge combining technical skills and systems experience with excellence in communication and project coordination. • Responsible for architecture integrity and maintaining the vision of application from technical point of view;
• Participate in project planning and execution;
• Mentor programmers within group in regards to solution design, coding standards, development procedures and use of tools;
• Develop and maintain systems or applications using Microsoft .NET and web application stack (HTML5, CSS3, JS);
• Perform trial runs, profiling and tuning analysis on software and systems to identify problems;
• Take part in quality assurance process improvement with tester;
• Guide determined programming standards for software products;
• Develop technical knowledge if necessary for update of skills;
• Collaborate with analysts, testers and developers to ensure that efforts are coordinated.

• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Knowledge in object-oriented analysis, design, architecture and programming;
• Practical knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles;
• Have a systems, technological and global vision of information systems;
• Knowledge in web technologies including .NET, C#, WCF, JS, HTML5;
• Knowledge and experience with unit testing, mocking frameworks (Moq, FakeItEasy), TDD, integration testing, stress testing;
• Knowledge and experience with ORM frameworks (NHibernate, EntityFramework);
• Knowledge of COM, DCOM technology and its interoperability with .NET platform;
• Knowledge of cyber security aspects like: authentication and authorization, certificates, user activity logging, encryption;
• Knowledge of modelling practices and tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect);
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in logical or diagram form with high-level of abstraction;
• Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks;
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
