Our services range from the scoping and analysis of potential developments, through construction and commissioning of new resource schemes to the efficient management of established operations. The company has completed contracts in countries throughout the world, working on schemes involving water supply, hydropower, heavy industry, irrigation, fish farming and amenity use.

We currently have an opportunity for a Graduate Engineer within our Water team based in Belfast. As Graduate Engineer you will work with our Senior and Principal Engineers to deliver projects and to support the development of the team. The successful person will become part of a respected and ambitious company with excellent career prospects and international opportunities.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities associated with this post will include undertaking technical and feasibility studies and investigations, developing detailed designs, supporting tendering procedures and putting together proposals, compiling and checking reports.


You will hold an accredited MEng in Civil Engineering, ideally at 2.1 or above. Relevant work experience would also be advantageous although not essential. We will also expect:

  • Strong Mathematical Skills
  • Strong Computer software skills
  • Strong team working capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Focus on results and project delivery


  • Previous work experience in water / waste water team
  • An interest in developing both technical and Project Management skills
