We are currently seeking an Associate Enterprise Sales Representative

Responsibilities
  • Looking for a top sales performer with a proven track record of success who consistently exceeds quote.
  • Selling FPL FiberNet's Enterprise products to small sized business customers who may, or may not be located in targeted business districts/buildings. (On Net and Off Net locations)
  • Skill set to include outbound prospecting, qualifying and closing;
  • Potentially responsible for developing a strong business relationship with property management, leasing agent or property owner if targeting new commercial off-net buildings
  • Identify customer prospects by cold calling and determining client needs;
  • Define and execute sales strategies and communicate clearly and concisely through professional presentations
  • Managing the sales cycle and forecast accurately
  • Research and understand client business drivers and buying cycles
  • This is a hunter's role!

Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Data networks, security and managed network services competencies
  • The individual must comply with departmental and corporate internal controls and all internal controls processes
  • The individual must possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always conduct himself/herself with the greatest degree of professional integrity
  • Candidates must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and close at multiple levels.




Preferred Qualifications:
  • Requirements: 2 years of outside sales business to business experience or Bachelor's degree.
  • Intermediate to Advance understanding of Data, Internet and Ethernet services.
  • Strong computer knowledge: MS Office including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Contact management software experience (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM )
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Ability to successfully sell business customers.
  • Successfully understanding and tracking quotas.
  • Recent multiple years of proven success exceeding assigned quotas in the Telecom industry
