Do you have experience in managing warehouses and Safety is first for you? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing industry? Join Vestas as Inventory Analyst and play a key role in our Supply Chain Operations department in Latin America.

Supply Chain Operations takes care of the planning, purchasing, storage, and supply of materials as well as the procurement of services to primarily the Service business, but also to other departments such as Construction. The Warehouses managed by Supply Chain are in charge of the storage of material and the in- and outbound shipments.
Supply Chain Operations in Latin America is a relatively small department in terms of staffing compared to other areas but its responsibility is vast, currently covering 11 countries and more than 1000 wind turbines under service.

  • Focus on Safety- Develop and foster "Safety First" culture
  • Lead and follow up on Daily Management and KPI's
  • Ensure alignment across the functions in the warehouse.
  • Production: Oversee receiving, order fulfillment, container building, and shipping of material for service sites and construction projects.
  • Manage all aspects of Tools and Material: Planning, Storage, organizing, shipping and receiving
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of Tools and Material documentation, maintenance, calibration and certification
  • NCR customer interface
  • Ensure on time deliveries according to request
  • Ensure a high level of customer service/support
  • Ensure high priority to safety at work and in management of tools and equipment
  • Ensure that the Tools team work according to the global processes and the Lean principle
  • Participate in improvement projects
  • Reporting and follow up on performance.
  • Responsible for stock accuracy
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in specialized tooling environment (site or warehouse)
  • Analytical, English, Value Chain, Key Processes, Customer Needs, HSE
  • Leadership, Coach & Develop
  • SAP or similar and WMS
  • Communication, Lean, 5S, Six Sigma
  • Cross cultural insight and understanding
