Siemens Wind Trainer (PGD Associate Prod Assurance Spec)
Primary day shift. Travel required.
Must possess an expert level of knowledge and skills for all facets of operation and maintenance of Siemens wind turbines. Must have the ability to perform as an instructor in group and individual settings. Must have the ability to develop training material. Experience in a leadership position is desired.
Support the continued development and implementation of the Power Generation Division Wind Technician training program. Contribute as a subject matter expert for training with a primary focus on Siemens wind turbines. Support all sites with training and qualification of Wind Technicians through classroom and one on one training. Support the business unit goal of an injury free workplace by providing safety training in the field.
May be asked to lead team(s) and/or processes of varied disciplines focused on achieving results in line with the PGD objectives. Must be innovated and willing to and adapt new techniques and methods to support a growing fleet. Must be willing to travel up to 50%
Bachelor's Degree in related field or 0-2 years relevant duties experience and relevant supervisory experience required, if applicable.
Preferred experience in wind power generation with a focus on operation and maintenance.
