We are looking for highly motivated experts for the valuation team of the Renewables segment of Innogy SE.

Taking into account our ambitious targets like new market entries (e.g. United States), photovoltaic ventures in the MENA region and various M&A projects, the Renewables segment of Innogy SE is one of the places to be!

The Evaluation Manager is fully responsible for the support of our Renewables segment by evaluating development and M&A projects regarding different technologies like wind onshore and offshore as well as photovoltaics in various countries. This will include preparation of and taking part in due diligence processes as well as setting up, owning and updating financial valuation models. You will be expected to source and challenge valuation relevant information and take responsibility for the preparation of relevant sections of Steering Committee presentations and of Board papers. Finally, you will also support regular planning process and our segment controlling units whilst counselling functional units of the Renewables segment in respect of general commercial issues.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

have studied business administration, economics, industrial engineering or similar

have preferably a CFA, CIMA or equivalent professional degree

have knowledge in capital market theory and advanced practical experience with valuation-related topics in particular in DCF valuation, accounting (IFRS) and management-like representation of results

have experience in Renewables

have strong analytical and communicational skills (verbal and written)

are able to work independently as well part of an international team

are able to challenge the work of others in an effective but sensitive manner

are able to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines

have very good MS Office knowledge in particular regarding Excel

are fluent in English and are open for travel

have a good sense of humor
