Our commitment to talent begins with you
24 months
UK-wide opportunities with an international placement
You will start a two-year journey to learning the key skills of leadership. We will guide you through what it takes to lead the business, lead people and drive change throughout E.ON. As a developing Finance leader you will be fully integrated into our business and important  to its strategic success. Working here will see you take on placements to develop the fundamentals of finance, where you will be developing your skills in areas such as financial control, business partnering, and performance management andyou will also work abroad for up to five  months. What's more, as you progress towards your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification, you will also spend time in an area outside of Finance to gain a broader view of how we operate.

What we're looking for
We're looking for high-quality analysis, original insights, solid practical advice and the drive and desire to be a Finance leader of the future; if you can deliver all of these then you will have what it takes to drive our business forward. You should be happy to work abroad and in diverse teams. And, on paper, you should be on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or a business-related degree with accounting or finance modules.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to apply well in advance. Our schemes attract great interest and we begin assessing candidates in our assessment centres in December. This means we may have to close a scheme early if all the places are filled.
