Energy Solution Manager (m/w)
- Developing innovative and future-oriented digital solutions for our power and gas clients.
- Leading and operationally working in multidisciplinary projects developing smart sales strategies for high-value energy solutions and products as well as carrying out various market tests.
- Actively accompanying the lifecycle of our products in the B2C segment from innovation to market entry while monitoring the relevant KPI's.
- Networking and cooperating closely with the relevant stakeholders within the E.ON group as well as external customers.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance processes and workflows in the B2C environment.
- Working in networked structures, closely cooperating with colleagues from engineering, innovation, digital and marketing.
- You hold a business, engineering or equivalent degree, e.g.: Industrial engineering, IT etc.
- You bring valuable sales experience, ideally in the eCommerce sector as well as proven negotiating skills.
- You have an interest for the energy industry and digital applications with a high degree of Internet affinity.
- Your entrepreneurial and agile thinking enables you to actively question conventional approaches with a strong start-up mentality.
- Your high capability and will to implement innovative ideas set you apart.
- You solve complex problems with a high degree of analytical thinking, enabling you to understand and break down complex technical energy solutions.
- You enjoy working in a fast moving, agile and international environment and bring creativity and initiative to new topics.
- You have flawless oral and written communication skills, both in English and German.
