Functional Responsibility:

Analyzes business requirements and application objectives relating to SharePoint; Troubleshoots and resolves technical and business issues surrounding SharePoint; Works with users to identify key business processes and improvements relating to SharePoint; Provides requirements analysis, designs, builds, and tests reports for SharePoint; Provides requirements analysis and tests custom programs for SharePoint; Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, document and support applications, especially SharePoint; Provide project status reports as directed by Management and train users on SharePoint; Familiar with MS Project Server integration with SharePoint to include specific experience with SharePoint Project Sites; Creates / modifies SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies; Builds forms with ASP.NET and InfoPath and SharePoint application pages; Implements document and record center repositories
Training and Experience (Specify Years and Kind) BS or BA degree in a Computer Science or "Relevant Technical Discipline".

***ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: The equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. ***

Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) to include mid to advanced level knowledge of SharePoint System 2013; Fluent with INFOPATH, and SharePoint Designer; Experienced in creating workflows, form, and understands document libraries, list; Able to perform analysis and design of systems with SharePoint development skills in ASP.Net; Can read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office, enterprise databases, project management, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.;

CANDIDATE MUST ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A GOVERNMENT ISSUED SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AND POSSESS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATIONS - SECURITY +, CISSP, CASP, CISM TO PERFORM THIS WORK.

Essential Functions

• Working at a computer or desk (Considerations: Sitting, Eyes, Hands) 75%

• May involve long periods of sitting or standing depending on current tasking

• An inside office environment (Considerations: Closed quarters, lighting, and temperature fluctuations)

• Needs to be able to work well with and support co-workers and clients

• Needs to have clear, concise and accurate communication skills

• Standard office equipment and machines, computer workstation

• Normal hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

• Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines

• Regular attendance is necessary and required

• Must be able to communicate effectively

• Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with clients, management and employees

• Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to the employee or others

• Must be compliant with DoD 8570 and possess a Sec + or higher security certification
