Responsibilities
  • Gain profound customer & market insights to develop sales & new business strategies
  • Contribute to adopt & advance the strategic positioning of our sales business in alignment with the E.ON group strategy
  • Develop strategic and operational targets for the German sales business
  • Act as (co-) project lead for strategic topics and show ¬†responsibility for your projects
  • Think and act as entrepreneur with passion for performance and help to shape our corporate culture
  • Feel comfortable with being ¬†part of a young and dynamic team and representing our business within E.ON and externally
  • Build strong network in the internal and external sales community, nationally and internationally


Qualifications
  • University master degree, preferably business, economics or engineering related
  • Profound working experience in strategy or management consulting
  • Experience in (leading) projects ¬†
  • Knowledge of sales businesses - also from other industries and ideally proven record in developing new business
  • Openness towards change and the ability to perform in complex organizations
  • Willingness to develop and seek new challenges and interest towards new working methods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English
