Construction will continuously execute according to best practices enabling effective, timely and flawless WTG installations while observing contractual obligations and the overall requirements to safety, quality, performance, and not least customer loyalty.

  • Key areas of focus includes to support; Project Management (planning, tracking and reporting), contractual interpretation and implementation, resource planning and management, site liaison and direction, client relationship development and management, contractor / sub-contractor management, and active risk management.
  • To support the execution of civil works associated with the construction and commissioning of specified Wind Farm Projects within the constraints of time, cost and quality against contractual obligations.
  • To support the engineering works through the management of contract payments, invoicing, contract interpretation, transfer to projects, reporting and associated activities.
  • Awareness and understanding of the systems and processes associated with the job/function, where to source such information and how to use them.
  • Safety has a high priority and you work proactively to reduce risks and irregularities to ensure the safety of yourself and others. You contribute responsibly to living up to relevant laws, regulations, and corporate obligations in terms of safety, health and environment.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, focuses on priorities, and uses business tools and processes.
  • Proactively planning, establishing priorities and allocating resources. Expressed by developing and implementing increasingly complex plans. It also involves monitoring and adjusting work to accomplish goals and deliver to the organization's mandate.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects and implications of contracts and how to define obligations of such contracts to ensure Vestas is not exposed to unreasonable risk.
  • Awareness and understanding of the systems and processes associated with the job/function, where to source such information and how to use them.
  • Ability to monitor progress of current work and compare it against targets, goals, schedules, budgets etc and where necessary identify and implement plans to address any progress that is not in accordance with targets / goals.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical)
  • IT literate, knowledge of Project Controls systems, tools, and practices as well as hands on scheduling experience using software programs such as Primavera P6 (or newer) / MS Project / Artemis
  • Prior strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired
  • Strong skills in business understanding and information/data analysis
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, juggle tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.
  • Problem solving and judgment capabilities.
  • At least 2 years industry applicable experience in project controls discipline, system, tools and practices, and analytical skills.
