ABB Engineering Centre in Ostrava (CZOPC) is the ABB global engineering center for Process Automation Division. We have more than 200 employees who provide engineering services for ABB business units throughout the whole Europe. Our service portfolio includes electrical engineering, drives, automation software, SW development, mechanical design, IT systems and security, LV hardware and supply chain management (SCM).

Tasks:
- support the users in the global Process Automation division in cash and net working capital planning during negotiation and project execution phase
- leading support of global team for NWC Project Checkbook (tool for net working capital tracking, planning and forecasting, incl. improvement actions), escalate where necessary and follow-up the escalated issues
- assist NWC Checkbook owners and Value Chain Managers in local and global organizations across ABB in preparing NWC Checkbooks
- ensure timely submission of monthly NWC checkbooks and work with owners to ensure high quality,
- maintain list with user improvement suggestions and ensure regular review and prioritization with Division VCE Manager,
- lead and organize User Acceptance Testing of any template improvements,
- proactively review net working capital items and offer improvement actions as needed,
- create dashboards for analytics and reporting of consolidated working capital planning across the global organization (e.g. consolidating from local to global level)

Requirements:
- sound knowledge around Net Working Capital, Value Chain management, and project and risk management systems and processes,
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (specific use with pivot tables and formulas). Ideally to have working knowledge of macro writing and execution. Very good knowledge of Sharepoint,
- excellent verbal/written communication skills (in English language) and strong organization and time management skills,
- customer orientation and problem solving,
- ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and users,
- excellent attention to detail is a must.
