Position Description
Saudi Aramco, long known for its leadership in oil exploration, production, and refining, is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing Downstream Planning and Performance Management (P&PM) Team. Saudi Aramco Downstream is composed of Refining, Marketing, Logistics, Chemicals and Power Generation segments. Of primary interest is experience in Leading/Supporting the P&PM function of a large multi-national organization, preferably in the Downstream sector on Oil and Gas Company. Serving as a senior advisor, the successful candidate will provide professional analysis, advise, guidance and leadership in the resolution particularly of complex, cross-functional, non-routine P&PM issues that have significant importance to the Segment. Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Downstream operations, including refining operations and economics, logistic dynamics, plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities. Also needed is a working knowledge of oil and gas industry markets and dynamics.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related discipline. A graduate degree in a financial discipline, professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) and/or substantial experience in a leadership role with P&PM organization of a leading Company is highly preferred. Minimum of 15 years of related P&PM experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide analytical findings & recommendations relating to regular P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.

Conduct special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes.

Provide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.

Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.

Lead feasibility/profitability studies for new Downstream facilities.
