RWE npower require a Senior Customer Strategy and Development Manager to join our Commercial & Marketing function. This is a full time role to be based in our Solihull office.

Role description and what were looking for This role is about making it easier and more rewarding for our customers to stay while driving our customer and commercial targets. We are looking for an existing customer management enthusiast who can define, plan, and deliver retention & loyalty strategy. You should be able to manage performance of initiatives and drive continuous improvements in results. You should be experienced at working with stakeholders to deliver cross functional projects and have the ability to influence the wider business.

Key responsibilities: Understand and work to mitigate reasons for customer losses, and identify opportunities to grow customer value.

Design and drive existing customer initiatives using analysis, MI and insight programmes.

Lead the planning processes with the customer marketing and channel teams to execute initiatives.

Lead the delivery of proactive and reactive multi-channel customer programmes to deliver against agreed targets.

Support channels in driving performance to deliver their targets

Regularly assess performance and advise of any risks to delivery, be responsible for planning any required mitigation.

Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience developing and managing customer cross sales and retention programmes

Customer focused experienced in creating and driving a continuous improvement culture

Analytical skills to interpret complex financial, commercial and customer data

Commercial background in a large organisation

Strong stakeholder management
