Product Management drives Vestas' Product Strategy making sure that Vestas always has the right competitive product offerings to stay ahead of competitors. Product Management has a global reach into our sales regions, including responsibility for technical sales and bid management. In everything we do we have a commercial and customer oriented approach.

Global Technical Sales Support is a dedicated central function based in Aarhus. Our key objective is to support the global Technical Sales Management organization with fast track product customization, technical contract review, and optimization of tools and processes.

You will be part of a small team which is responsible for running and optimizing Vestas' process for fast track product customization. The objective of product customization is to increase competitiveness and meet specific market and customer requests. You will get full responsibility for driving your own categories of customization projects and you can rely on strong support from your colleagues and manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee and ensure progress on process execution across the value chain
  • Optimize the fast track product customization process and its integration with other Vestas processes
  • Involve, train and support stakeholders across various functions
  • Follow-up and report on KPIs to management and other stakeholders

  • You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or in Business/Economics
  • You have experience with managing stakeholders across multiple functions - e.g. as project manager
  • Ideally you have some years of experience with the wind industry or with Business-to-Business product management in a global organization
  • Understanding of a wind OEM's product portfolio, business model, business drivers, and value chain is an advantage.
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You speak and write English fluently
