Responsibilities
As part of our international HR Business Support IT team and after successful onboarding, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Initiating, implementing and delivering new system functionality improvements in different modules of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Translating functional requirements into technical requirements and tasks in alignment with technical und functional team members
  • Being the contact person for open tickets for technical SuccessFactors issues including analyzing and problem solving
  • Coordinating the ticket solving process with external service providers (e.g. SAP)
  • Planning und coordinating testing activities for new system releases
  • Providing expert support to SuccessFactors users and all relevant stakeholder groups
  • Optimizing existing internal team processes and documentations
  • Aligning with functional departments on a regular basis to discuss open topics
  • Ensuring system compliance (data protection and quality, business continuity and disaster recovery)


Qualifications
  • University education, professional qualification and experience in HR, IT or equivalent
  • Experiences in one of the following SuccessFactors Modules: Recruiting, Goal & Performance Management, Learning, Succession or Compensation Management mandatory
  • First experience with external service providers, stakeholder management and change management skills beneficial
  • A logical and strong understanding of how IT systems work
  • A 'trouble shooting' analytical ability
  • Good presentation and convincing communication skills
  • Understanding of HR or other Shared Service processes and how systems support them are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, structured with approach to high quality standards
  • Business fluency in English
