Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions "Conditions" means the terms and conditions set out below; “Candidate”
2. Website 2.1 The User acknowledges that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in or arising from any material contained in the Web Site shall remain the exclusive property of Energy Jobline.
3. Security The User shall not disclose its password to any third party without the prior written consent of Energy Jobline and shall immediately notify Energy Jobline of any unauthorised use of its password. 4. Service Provision 4.1 Energy Jobline will endeavour to provide the Customer with the Services on the terms and conditions set out in these Conditions. 4.2.1 Opportunity for candidates to search and apply for energy sector vacancies
4.2.3 Registration for clients seeking candidates for energy sector vacancies including a profile page where client can review job posting, search CVs and edit company profile.
5. Charges 5.1 All services for candidates are free of charge. Client services require an obvious purchase process to be completed before any charges become due. All chargeable services shall be charged in accordance with Part 1 of the Schedule (unless other Charges have been agreed in writing) from the date of appointing Energy Jobline to provide the Services. The charges as set out in Part 1 of the Schedule shall be paid by the Client to Energy Jobline. 5.2 Once a Client has engaged with Energy Jobline and payment has been received for the invoiced amount, the features of the agreed package will become available to the Client, and no sooner. 5.3 All charges for services, packages and products are listed within the website and are available on request from the Sales Team via email or postal delivery. 5.3 All charges for services, packages and products are set at the stated, list price, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing or via paper or electronic invoice by a representative of Energy Jobline. 5.4 All negotiations or discounted rates stand only for the period of time agreed by Energy Jobline and the Client, Energy Jobline is not obliged under any circumstance to meet or exceed any previous offer. All negotiations shall be reviewed on an individual basis when client accounts are renewed, unless otherwise stated these will always revert to the list price. 6. Job Application 6.1 The Candidate hereby permits Energy Jobline to disclose to third parties on an anonymous basis the information contained in the Customer's registration application; 7.Limitation of Liability and Indemnity Website 7.1 Energy Jobline makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any material contained on the Web Site and use of the Web Site by the user is entirely at its own risk and in particular, Energy Jobline makes no warranty or representation as to the suitability of candidates for employment or as potential employers. 8. Termination 8.1 Without prejudice to any of its rights, Energy Jobline may terminate the provision of the Services to the Customer immediately upon written notice to the Customer at any time if the Customer:- 9. Force Majeure Energy Jobline shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of any these Conditions by reason of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of the Services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond reasonable control of Energy Jobline (including but not limited to any factors affecting the operation of the Web Site including computer viruses or interruptions to power supply). 10. Waiver No waiver by Energy Jobline of any breach of these Conditions by the Customer shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. 11. Severance If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby. 12. Notices Any notice required to be given under these Conditions shall be in writing and shall be served by sending the same by electronic mail to the "e" mail address of the other party. 13.Governing Law And Jurisdiction These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. 14. Entire Agreement These Conditions supersede any previous agreements or understanding between the parties in relation to the provision of the Services excluding always any fraudulent misrepresentations and represents the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Energy Jobline and the User. This is the Schedule referred to in the foregoing Terms of Trading. Part 1 Charges for services are solely for client access including; Job Posting, Access to the candidate database and General company advertising. The Charges shall become immediately payable at the time of ordering a service on-line.

Refund Policy
“Customer” refers to company or client making a purchase via Energy Jobline
"Products" refer to job posting (single/multi credits), CV Search, Unlimited Access and Featured Campaigns.
In agreeing to our Terms and Conditions the Customer accepts that www.energyjobline.com is an advertising medium and cannot guarantee the level of response to adverts or the number CVs available through our products.
Energy Jobline shall not be bound by any request from the customer to stop, cancel or suspend a product/account unless such request is (i) in writing and (ii) provided to energyjobline.com before the go-live date or (iii) is confirmed in writing by Energy Jobline. If a payment has been made in error, please contact a sales representative at mail@energyjobline.com . Please note any refunds are at the managers discretion.
If a product contains an error caused by Energy Jobline and this detracts from the quality of the service then provided the Customer gives written notice of the error in the product and before the vacancy expires Energy Jobline will at its discretion either:
(a) give the customer credit for the cost of the product containing the error; or
(b) publish the product for a second time without charge to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any products are reactivated prior to expiration. Energy Jobline will send a general reminder prior to expiration but is not responsible for arranging reactivation; all purchased products are automatically deactivated and removed from the site on the advertised expiration date unless reactivated by customer or extended by prior agreement with Energy Jobline.
Any violation of the prevailing terms and conditions for use of the site (including, for example, postings of prohibited material or any failure to pay the due charges) will result in the job posting(s) being immediately removed from the site without notice to you and potential restrictions from advertising with Energy Jobline.
Billing issues related to the online merchant system can be directed to mail@energyjobline.com . Energy Jobline shall have no responsibility for the function of the online merchant system; all security and processing of accounts through the merchant system are the responsibility of the merchant system, and not the responsibility of Energy Jobline. However, Energy Jobline will use its reasonable endeavor to assist you to make your purchase and business with us as easy as possible.
All prices listed on Energy Jobline website are provided for our advertising products are listed in British Pounds. Payments can be made via our merchant system in British Pound Sterling (GBP), Euro or American Dollars (USD).
Energy Jobline does provide alternative payment methods (e.g. credit cards processed via invoice payment) which are arranged with the customer prior to activation of product; for other payment and/or billing options, please contact the Energy Jobline Sales Team at mail@energyjobline.com
This Policy may be amended or altered at any time at the discretion of Energy Jobline, and such changes will be effective once the revised Policy is posted on the Energy Jobline website at www.energyjobline.com
