My client is a leading energy regulator who has just taken on an exciting new project. The new project involves working on a new major government environmental programme. The role is a 7 month fixed term contract which has the potential of going into a permanent role. The role will be in a team with a technical understanding of sustainability and Biomass. The key responsibilities for the role are: Working with the operational team to modify business processes and operating procedures Working with the in-house IT team to specify necessary changes to the IT system Developing and changing process and policy documents Working with stakeholders to give them an understanding of the changes in the processes The ideal candidate will have: Degree in a technical / scientific subject Experience working in a project managed environment A track record of working with legislation and policy implementation Experience in setting up and operating new administrative, compliance or fraud prevention funtions for businesses. Biomass knowledge and technical experience would be desirable.
