The Client My client is a UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy specialising in the management of asbestos. They are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified surveyor/analyst to join their experienced team. Typical day to day responsibilities will include the following. - Four stage clearances, background, smoke tests, leak, personal and reassurance air testing - Overseeing asbestos removal works/operatives on behalf of on-site project managers, - Carrying out asbestos surveys in a variety of different types of property. I am interested in talking with candidates who have the following. -P402/403/404 qualified - Essential -Experience in conducting the highlighted areas of asbestos surveying and site analysis. -Confident & effective communicator. -Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. -Full clean driving licence.
