Due Diligence Project Manager, Due Diligence Renewable Energy
Natural Power is a leading international renewable energy consultancy. We provide expert services to the renewable energy industry in the development, construction, financing and operational phases of renewable energy projects.
Due to the rapid expansion of our business we are seeking an experienced Due Diligence professional to manage all aspects of the due-diligence process for renewable energy projects. Working with senior management and key stakeholders, you will have responsibility for providing expert advice to clients on major renewable energy projects.
Duties and responsibilities include:
You will be an energetic and enthusiastic person who is comfortable with new challenges. You will be degree qualified in an Engineering or Scientific field; we would also consider appropriately qualified individuals from an economics or project development background.
You will have recent experience in a similar role, ideally from the renewable energy industry. Applications will also be considered from those that have not gained due diligence experience from within this industry. You will be able to demonstrate a broad awareness of the technical, economic and contractual aspects of a wind farm’s life cycle.
You will possess first class communication skills, being able to convey information in a clear and concise manner to internal and external parties. You will be adept in creating and producing detailed reports and have the confidence to present findings to clients. A foreign language would be advantageous.
You will have excellent time management skills being able to priorities and manage your own challenging and often conflicting schedule. Further to this you will have an eye for detail and a natural ability for problem solving and analysing complex issues.
We are prepared to be flexible in terms of location, with the main place of work being either Central London or one of our main Scottish offices (Central Belt & Dumfries and Galloway). If London based, you will be expected to spend some time at our Scottish HQ, located in rural Dumfries and Galloway (DG7 3XS). This is an essential part of the process as it allows the chosen candidate to work closely with the various departments whilst becoming familiar with NP methodology.
Salary will depend on your experience and background. We offer generous holidays, membership to our group personal pension scheme, childcare vouchers, bike to work scheme, Friday barbeques, life assurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
