A leading engineering company specialising in the Scientific and Medical industry is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team. You'll lead a busy team covering Customer Service, Order Processing and Shipping. |
As a Customer Services Manager…
You will drive and progress the day to day operation of the department. You will process, monitor and drive improvement in key customer metrics to support the customer service strategy. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work closely with the division and functional heads to develop the competency of the team. You will maintain excellent client relationships and escalate any issues that may arise.
Ideally you will have previously worked in a Customer Services Manager role, with experience of a face paced and multi- disciplined environment. You'll have experience of a service transformation and implement business processes to drive forward service delivery. Experience of process improvement tools including Lean would be advantageous.
