Lead Microsoft Developer/Architect £50-55K Birmingham In this role you will work within the Software department as a Lead Microsoft Developer/Architect for a leading telecoms company. Report directly to the Head of Software, the role requires strong leadership skills - both technically and people management skills. The role will require taking a project from feasibility through to delivery to the client. Key areas of responsibility will include: Leading teams of developers Engaging in client facing meetings and workshops Architecting, designing and implementing solutions Developing solutions in an Agile Environment Work with and deliver to the product validation team Ensure best design principles are followed The ideal candidate will have proven experienced of delivering large scale systems using Microsoft Technologies, with direct technical experience in the development of scalable and maintainable systems using Microsoft technologies. You will have experience of development server based systems with web-based used interfaces.
