This is an exciting Senior managerial role giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work within the Commercial, Leisure, Industrial, Residential and Education markets An excellent commercial construction background is required. This is an office based role with regular site visits and meetings. You will report Directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for duties such as; -Management of KPI`s -Risk analysis and Contractual issues. -collation and verification of monthly/cumulative costs -Liaising with Cost Consultants and Professionals. -Financial analysis and reporting to the Board. -Management of Junior QS`s. You will be a Qualified Quantity Surveyor ideally to BSc level. Have worked on a wide range of projects within the Commercial sectors. Be an excellent communicator, efficient and with a positive approach. Be able to oversee individual construction projects to £10m.
