1x Project Manager - £45,000 - £55,000
2x Senior Project Manager - £60,000 - £70,000

Ambitious project managers required to work on major civil engineering projects based across the South East. Open to all heavy civil engineering backgrounds be it Rail, Highway, Airports, Water or Environmental due to the diversity of the projects.

Salary:
Project Managers - £45,000 - £55,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus
Salary can be flexible dependent on experience you can bring to the role.

Senior Project Managers - £60,000 - £70,000 + Car + Healthcare + Pension
Salary depends on your previous project experience.

Locations:
Project Managers - Based on projects between Reading and Central London
Senior Project Managers - Based as far out as Swindon then covering the South East
Including London, Sussex, Kent and Home Counties.

Role Description:
These roles are traditional project management positions involved with a project from start to finish, seeing projects through from tenders to completion. The main difference between a Project manager and senior project manager is size of project and amount of projects you will cover.

• A Senior Project Manager is responsible for either multiple projects in various sectors with a Civil Engineering bias up to 20million in value or running one major project of 50million - 150million.
• A Project Manager will be running smaller projects up to 20million in value but all within a set sector. These sectors currently include Rail, Highways, Water [AMP5 with Thames Water] and Energy from Waste plant.

Your duties are very similar as you have full control of a project including Commercial, Planning and delivery of the programme of works. This is on top of your liaison with client, consultancies, sub contractors and JV partners while running the project work force.

Required Experience:
You will need a form of qualification be it HNC / HND or Degree to support the engineering aspects of the projects. Also previous experience of running a project as the number one Project manager on site, taking full ownership for the delivery.
